The customer service rep on the phone was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with my insurance company, and the tech sent to do my car came and picked up my car, brought it back to the shop while I was at work, and dropped it back off for me..THANKS SO MUCH! It was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly!

Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was having my windshield replaced on my hatchback. My hatchback's door handle had been broken for months, when Ben had the door apart to fix the window, he went out of his way to fix my door handle too! I was very pleased! The extra effort was much appreciated as now I can use my trunk again.
