I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service. My Technician was Joel. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend. The phone representative was great as well. They came out the very next day to my house, very promptly. Their service and courtesy was great and refreshing to find in this day and age.
