Albert from the Orlando, FL location was absolutely wonderful. We did not have an appointment, but he was able to accommodate us nonetheless. The technician, Luis, did an amazing job and the windshield looks amazing! The customer service was bar none and Albert did everything he could to make it an easy, comfortable time. Ben, the Glass Tech, was very helpful in calling this morning and letting me know he was able to put me first on his list and would be able arrive in twenty minutes. Saving me time and travel to the shop. I previously was scheduled for a 3pm appointment today at the shop location and was very pleased [site] came to me instead.
