From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away. The customer service rep on the phone was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with my insurance company, and the tech sent to do my car came and picked up my car, brought it back to the shop while I was at work, and dropped it back off for me..THANKS SO MUCH! It was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly!
