Today, [site] came out to make a service call to replace my front windshield of my Lexus LS 400 which had been broken by a rock for the 3rd time in as many years. I was going to take it to the Lexus Dealer, but Linxus would not allow the repair. When I called my State Farm agent, they referred me to [site]. The [site] shop from Laurel called me back quickly and set up an appointment within several days, due to the dealer glass being ordered. From that point, the service was prompt and courteous.
Pat politely and quickly solved the problem and offered a far superior repair, with a degree of professionalism that was much greater than the past glass company that replaced my windshield last year. I told him that I had been noticing a great deal of "wind noise" after the last repair; and he found the area and showed me why and explained the problem in layman's terms. The last technician did not take time to "seat" the seals on the A frame bar and Pat did. He also allowed me to watch and learn from him, without objecting, even though I was probably in the way or slowed him down somewhat with my questions.
This attitude, depth of technical knowledge and understanding of the problem (that Lexus would have charged me much more for, as well as, the past company not completing the work properly and leaving me with "wind noise" in the main cabin) will make me a loyal customer of [site], as well as, prompting me to recommend [site] for any glass repair.

I work at a therapeutic residential school and was teaching a class when the technician arrived. My students were very interested in watching my windshield being replaced. The technician was very professional, and was extremely kind to answer my students' questions about the tools he used and how to get into glass repair as a vocation.

"I gladly paid more!" The windshield on my 1998 Volvo S70 needed to be replaced. I looked up 3 local glass companies, yours, and 2 others. Yours was the highest price of all 3.
Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with [site]. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. The total price, and said, "This includes our remote service, would you like to set up an appointment?".(Trial Close) LOVE IT! I replied "I am still getting quotes". She gave me a quote #9831 and asked me to call back if there was anything else I needed, or to schedule an appointment.
I called back, scheduled an appointment for February 9th 2009. Rick and Tony were "ON TIME", and replaced the windshield. It was so clean I thought I could put my hand through it like it wasn't there.
