I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.

I commend Mark W., the technician, for the 3 calls letting me know when he would be at the house, for his positive attitude, for his professional no-wasted-motions installation of the windshield, and for the conversation informing me (at my request) about the installation actions performed. His customer facing communications and no wasted motion getting the job done compelled me to write this evaluation in appreciation of a job well done.
