The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain that to me as I don't know much about that kind of thing.....I would definitely recommend your company to any of my friends, family, and co-workers because of the good experience that I had with him.
The customer service rep on the phone was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with my insurance company, and the tech sent to do my car came and picked up my car, brought it back to the shop while I was at work, and dropped it back off for me..THANKS SO MUCH! It was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly!
